TERMINATION OF PLACING OF NEW SHARES

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company (the "Announcement") dated 6 August 2020 in relation to the Placing. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

Due to market conditions, the Company and the Placing Agent mutually agreed to terminate the Placing Agreement and have on 14 August 2020 entered into a termination agreement (the

"Termination Agreement") to terminate the Placing with effect from the date of the

Termination Agreement and neither parties shall have any claim against the others in respect of the Placing.

The Company will consider engaging in further fund raising activities and will keep the market informed by way of announcement in compliance with the requirements of the Listing Rules as and when appropriate.
