FORMATION OF THE SPECIAL INVESTIGATION COMMITTEE

IN RELATION TO THE TRANSFER OF THE SUBSIDIARIES

UNDER ALLEN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("ALLEN

INTERNATIONAL")

This announcement is made by China Creative Global Holdings Limited (the " Company " ) pursuant to Rule 13.25 of the Main Board Listing Rules made by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the " Listing Rules" ) and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 29 December 2020 and 7 May 2021, in relation to the transfers of certain PRC subsidiaries previously held under Allen International ("the Transaction").

As disclosed in the Company's announcement dated 7 May 2021, by the Company's in house lawyer, Mr. Tai, has recommended setting up of a special investigation committee to investigate further the Transaction. This recommendation was accepted and put forward in the Company's Board meeting on 10 May 2021 and a Special Investigation Committee ("the Committee") was formed by the following members:

1. Ms. Ching Wan Wah, Kitty (Executive Director),
2. Mr. Wong Shun Ching (Independent and Non-executive Director),
3. Mr. Chan Yui Hang (Independent and Non-executive Director), and
4. Mr. Tai Sze Wa (the Company's in-house lawyer).

The Committee shall follow the matters immediately and take the necessary actions to recover the Company's assets as soon as possible.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the Shares has been suspended since 1 September 2020 pending the fulfilment of all the resumption conditions set out in the letters from the Stock Exchange. The Company is working closely with its professional advisers towards the resumption of trading in the Shares as soon as possible.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Shares.
