International sports and entertainment marketing agency Fast Track has been appointed by the European Tour to develop and execute the marketing communications programme for the EurAsia Cup presented by DRB-HICOM, a new team match play golf tournament that pits Europe's leading golfers against the best players Asia has to offer. The event will be managed by three of Fast Track's offices in Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and London.

Fast Track, part of the CSM Sport & Entertainment group, has a long history within golf having worked on some of the sport's most prestigious events including The Ryder Cup, The Open Championship, the Scottish Open and most recently delivering Ballantine's golf activation across the world. Fast Track Asia has also secured a series of strategic golf new business wins that includes the Venetian Macau Open, Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, Indonesia Open and Thailand Golf Championship. 

The agency will be tasked to raise awareness of the biennial EurAsia Cup event in the build-up to and throughout the tournament through an interactive campaign that speaks to worldwide golf fans and general members of the public who are sports fans. Scheduled for March 28-30, 2014, the inaugural EurAsia Cup will take place at the Glenmarie Golf & Country Club in Malaysia.
