Company Chernomorski Holding AD

Chernomorski Holding AD, formerly Neftohim Invest Holding AD, is a Bulgarian holding company that is principally engaged in the acquisition, appraisal and managing of shares, bonds as well as the cession of licenses for patents. It specializes in the restructuring and management of its subsidiaries, the establishment of new subsidiaries, as well as the investment in and financing of other enterprises, in which it is a shareholder. The Holding has shares in Bulgarian companies engaged in different industries: the tourism, the investment services, the food processing and the publishing industries. Chernomorski Holding AD has one Germany-based and four Bulgarian subsidiaries, including Primorets Turist AD (Primorets Tourist AD), Neftohim-invest finance AD, Peni OOD and Prima Lakta AD Lovech, as well a number of other affiliates companies.
