Norway, 20 May 2024 - CHC Helikopter Service, the Norwegian division of CHC Helicopter, the leading helicopter operator specialising in offshore transportation, is proud to announce it has agreed a 12-month contract with Shell to support its operations in the North Sea.

The contract covers crew change and transportation services from the Deepsea Yantai Rig to the operator's Sola and Bergen bases. CHC will utilise an S-92 aircraft to support the rig.

This latest deal is a continuation of CHC and Shell's long-standing relationship and a marker of the operator's continued success in the region. Shell trusts CHC's deep expertise to provide safe, smooth, and efficient crew transportation services in the region's remote and challenging environment.

CHC is a trusted partner to the North Sea energy market with customers including Aker BP, Equinor, and OKEA, who recently extended their contract with the operator by four years.
