Chasen Holdings Limited Announces Cessation of Tan Sin Huat, Dennis as Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee

Chasen Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Tan Sin Huat, Dennis retired as a Director of the company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 30 July 2019. Coterminus with his retirement, his various appointments as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee will also cease.
