The Board of Charter Hall Office Management Limited (CHOML),
the responsible entity of Charter Hall Office REIT (ASX:CQO)
(CQO), today announces the results of the corporate
governance and fee review undertaken by the Independent
Directors with assistance from Ernst & Young and the changes
that will be implemented forthwith.
The following table sets out Ernst & Young's governance suggestions, all of which have been adopted by the Board. The changes are seen by the Board as being in the best interests of CQO unitholders.
