Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited Appoints Rungson Sriworasat as Independent Director and Audit Committee Member, Effective February 1, 2016

Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited announced that the board of directors' meeting of the company convened on January 27, 2016 approved the appointment of Mr. Rungson Sriworasat as a new independent director and audit committee member in replacement of a vacancy position. The appointment shall be effective on February 1, 2016 onwards.
