Mr. Geir Molvik is appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the global
farming operations of Cermaq ASA. He will report to the CEO and be a part of the
Cermaq Central Management Team (CCMT). Mr. Molvik will be located at the Group's
headquarters in Oslo and take up the position as of June 1.

Geir Molvik is 52 years and has been Managing Director of EWOS Norway since
2006. He has a broad background from the salmon farming industry, from Norway
and abroad and is a board member in the Norwegian Seafood Federation (FHL). Geir
Molvik is a MSc. in fisheries and aquaculture.

Mr. Atle Kvist, Operations Director of EWOS Norway, is appointed Managing
Director of EWOS Norway from June 1.
