Centuria Property Funds No. 2 Limited (CPF2L), as Responsible Entity of the Centuria Urban REIT (CUA) is pleased to announce the appointment of the following to the board of directors:

Mr Darren Collins (Non-executive Director) Mr Peter Done (Non-executive Director)

Mr Matthew Hardy (Non-executive Director) Mr Jason Huljich (Executive Director)

The appointment of above named directors comes with the resignation of the following directors: Mr Michael Figg (Non-executive Director)

Mr Robert Lloyd (Non-executive Director) Mr John Slater (Non-executive Director)

The appointments and resignations listed above took effect 26 June 2017.
