NETANYA, Israel (AP) _ Cellcom Israel Ltd. (CEL) on Monday reported a loss of $10 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Netanya, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents.

The cellular provider posted revenue of $278 million in the period.

Cellcom shares have risen 60% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $5.05, a rise of 73% in the last 12 months.
