CDW Holding Limited announced the cessation of Mitani Masatoshi as Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Reason For Cessation: In line with Rule 210(5)(d)(iv) of the Listing Manual that imposes a 9-year limit on the tenure of Independent Directors, Mr. Mitani is considered as an independent director until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company to be held in April 2024.

With the appointment of new Independent Directors, Mr. Mitani will relinquish his position as Chairman of Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee on 31 December 2023.
