Capital Park : Introduction of Series H and Series I bearer notes issued by Capital Park S.A. to Catalyst MTF

Title: Introduction of Series H and Series I bearer notes issued by Capital Park S.A. to Catalyst MTF

The Management Board of Capital Park S.A. of Warsaw ("Company") announces that on January 3rd 2017 it was notified that on January 2nd 2017 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 1/2017 to introduce the following bearer notes of the Company (assimilated under ISIN code No. PLCPPRK00128), with a par value of PLN 100 (one hundred) per note, to the Catalyst MTF as of January 2nd 2017:

1. 92,000 (ninety two thousand) Series H notes;

2. 58,000 (fifty eight thousand) Series I notes. The resolution becomes effective as of its date.

The Company further announces that the above 150,000 Series H and Series I Company notes are the subject of BondSpot S.A. Management Board's Resolution No. 1/O/17, dated January 2nd 2017, to introduce 150,000 Series H and Series I Company bearer notes (assimilated under ISIN code No. PLCPPRK00128) to the Catalyst MTF. The resolution becomes effective as of its date.
