Capitaland : CMA: CapitaRetail China Trust - "Property Manager Of CapitaRetail China Trust Properties"

Further toCRCT's announcement of 15 April 2011, theManagerwishes to announce that property management agreements appointingCHMB, an associate ofCMA, to manageCRCTproperties have been transferred on the same terms and conditions toCRSM, a wholly-owned subsidiary ofCMA. Following the transfer,CRSMnow manages all ofCRCT's properties.

The transfer is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share ofCRCTfor the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

As at the date of this announcement, the directors of theManagercollectively have an aggregate direct and indirect interest in approximately 2,198,000Unitsand approximately 1,046,239 shares inCMA. CMAholds 100.0% interest in theManager. Mr Liew Mun Leong is the chairman and a non-executive director ofCMAand is the deputy chairman and a non-executive director of theManager. Mr Lim Beng Chee is the chief executive officer and an executive director ofCMAand a non-executive director of theManager. Mr Ng Kok Siong is the chief financial officer ofCMAand a non-executive director of theManager.

Except as disclosed in this announcement, none of theManager's directors orCMA, as controllingUnitholder, has an interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.
