affirm the judgment of the Court of First Instance, which	ﺮﺸﻋ ﺪﺣﺃ) ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ 11,351,734 ﻎﻠﺒﻣ ﺀﺍﺩﺄﺑ ﻲﻧﺩﺭﻷﺍ ﻝﺎﻤﻟﺍ ﻚﻨﺑ
obliges Capital Bank to pay an amount of 11,351,734 JOD	ﻥﻮﺛﻼﺛﻭ ﺔﻌﺑﺭﺃﻭ ﺔﺋﺎﻤﻌﺒﺳﻭ ﻥﻮﺴﻤﺧﻭ ﺪﺣﺍﻭﻭ ﺔﺋﺎﻤﺛﻼﺛﻭ ﺎﻧﻮﻴﻠﻣ
(Eleven million, three hundred fifty-one thousand, seven	ﺔﺷﺎﻤﻋ ﻩﺪﺒﻋ "ﻥﺎﺴﺣﺇ ﺪﻤﺤﻣ" ﻥﻭﺪﻠﺧ ﻲﻋﺪﻤﻠﻟ (ﻲﻧﺩﺭﺃ ﺭﺎﻨﻳﺩ

Khaldoon "Mohammad Ihsan" Abdoh Amasheh, along	ﺩﺎﻓﺍ ﺚﻴﺣ ،ﺔﻴﻧﻮﻧﺎﻘﻟﺍ ﺓﺪﻤﻟﺍ ﻝﻼﺧ ﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﺔﻤﻜﺤﻣ ﻡﺎﻣﺃ ﺭﺍﺮﻘﻟﺍ
with the legal interest. Capital Bank intends to challenge	ﺔﻳﺮﻫﻮﺟ ﺔﻴﻧﻮﻧﺎﻗ ﻁﺎﻘﻧ ﺓﺪﻋ ﻙﺎﻨﻫ ﻥﺄﺑ ﻚﻨﺒﻠﻟ ﻲﻧﻮﻧﺎﻘﻟﺍ ﺭﺎﺸﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ
this decision before the Cassation Court within the legal	ﺩﻮﻌﻳﻭ .ﻪﺑ ﻡﺪﻘﺘﻟﺍ ﻱﻮﻨﻤﻟﺍ ﻱﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﻦﻌﻄﻟﺍ ﺪﻳﺆﺗ ﻥﺃ ﺎﻬﻧﺄﺷ ﻦﻣ
timeframe, as the bank's legal counsel has indicated that	ﺓﺪﻋ ﺖﻤﻴﻗﺃ ﻥﺍﻭ ﻖﺒﺳ ﺚﻴﺣ 2007 ﻡﺎﻌﻟﺍ ﻰﻟﺍ ﻉﺍﺰﻨﻟﺍ ﺍﺬﻫ ﻞﺻﺃ
there are several substantial legal points that could	ﺮﻳﻮﻄﺘﻠﻟ ﻖﻓﻷﺍ ﺔﻋﻮﻤﺠﻣ ﺔﻛﺮﺷﻭ ﻚﻨﺒﻟﺍ ﻦﻴﺑ ﺎﻣ ﺔﻴﺋﺎﻀﻗ ﻯﻭﺎﻋﺩ
support the intended cassation. The origin of this dispute	ﺭﺪﺻﻭ ﺔﺷﺎﻤﻋ ﻥﻭﺪﻠﺧ ﻲﻋﺪﻤﻟﺍﻭ ﻲﺟﻭﺃ ﻲﻤﻈﻧ ﺎﻬﻜﻟﺎﻤﻟ ﺭﺎﻤﺜﺘﺳﻻﺍﻭ
dates back to the year 2007, whereby several lawsuits	ﻚﻨﺒﻟﺍ ﺢﻟﺎﺼﻟ ﺎﻬﻌﻴﻤﺟ ﺖﻧﺎﻛ ﺔﻴﺋﺎﻀﻗ ﺕﺍﺭﺍﺮﻗ ﺓﺪﻋ ﻉﺍﺰﻨﻟﺍ ﺍﺬﻫ ﻲﻓ
were filed between the bank and Horizon Group for	ﻲﻓﻭ ،ﻚﻨﺒﻟﺍ ﺪﻛﺃ ﺪﻗﻭ ،ﺰﻴﻴﻤﺘﻟﺍ ﺔﻤﻜﺤﻣ ﻞﺒﻗ ﻦﻣ ﺎﻬﻌﻴﻤﺟ ﺕﺪﻳﺃﻭ
Development and Investment owned by Nazmi Oji and	ﻊﺿﻮﻟﺍ ﺔﻧﺎﺘﻣﻭ ﺓﻮﻗ ﻰﻠﻋ ﺮﺛﺆﺗ ﻦﻟ ﻯﻮﻋﺪﻟﺍ ﻩﺬﻫ ﻥﺄﺑ ﻝﺍﻮﺣﻻﺍ ﻊﻴﻤﺟ
the plaintiff Khaldoon Amasheh, and several judicial	.ﻪﻟ ﻲﻟﺎﻤﻟﺍ
decisions were issued in this dispute, all of which were in
favor of the bank and were all upheld by the Cassation
Court. The bank, in all cases, believes that this lawsuit will
not affect the strength and solidity of its financial position.
