NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD - CADBURY NIGERIA PLC

We write to inform our Shareholders, Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Cadbury Nigeria Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Thursday March 28, 2024, to consider among other things the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2023 (2023 AFS).

In compliance with the Closed Period rule of Nigeria Exchange Limited (as amended), the Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders which commenced on 1st January 2024 will continue until 24 hours after the release of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 to the public.

During this period, Directors, Audit committee members, staff members and other interested parties who have regular access to Cadbury Nigeria Plc's financial information, or other sensitive information which may materially affect the price of the securities of the Company, should observe this earnings- related closed trading period and not buy or sell Cadbury Nigeria Plc shares.
