Participation in, and launch of App at, The UK Investor Show 2015
As part of its Investing Policy, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 12 November 2014, Teathers (AIM:TEA) stated that it intended to develop a software application service to help the Company to identify market fundraisings of which it would otherwise not be aware. Teathers is pleased to announce that it has now developed a proprietary crowd equity service and mobile app which it will be launching at the UK Investor Show 2015 ("Show"). The Teathers crowd equity app, which has been developed in house and for which Teathers owns the intellectual property rights, joins together private investors to buy shares in initial public offerings and placings at the same price and deal terms as institutional investors. Typically these deals are not offered to private investors.
The app is free to download and all transactions are zero commission for the private investor.
The Show will be held on Saturday 18 April 2015 at Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London and Jason Drummond Executive Chairman, will be presenting at 10:05 in Whittle Seminar Theatre B. In addition to the presentation representatives from Teathers will also be available throughout the day at the Company's exhibition stand, F56/3.
