BWG Homes ASA secured a total gross order intake of NOK 105.8 million
during December. The Group's net order intake during December was NOK
77.6 million compared with NOK 234.1 million for December 2007, a
decrease of 66.9 per cent.


The gross order intake in December for segment Norway was NOK 56.3
million. The net order intake in December was NOK 28.1 million (NOK
101.4 million), down 72.3 per cent. The difference of NOK 28.2
million refers to orders that the company have cancelled in projects
decided postponed.

The net order intake in December for segment Sweden was NOK 49.5
million (NOK 132.7 million), down 62.7 per cent.

4th quarter 2008:
BWG Homes ASA: NOK 224.9 million, down 70.6 per cent,
Segment Norway: NOK 118.3 million, down 63.1 per cent,
Segment Sweden: NOK 106.6 million, down 76.0 per cent.

Per December 2008:
BWG Homes ASA: NOK 2,347.4 million, down 30.7 per cent,
Segment Norway: NOK 1,158.0 million, down 19.5 per cent,
Segment Sweden: NOK 1,189.5 million, down 39.0 per cent.
