On December 29, 2023, Marcela Martin announced her intention to resign as President of BuzzFeed, Inc., effective January 12, 2024, in order to pursue other opportunities. The Company does not expect to seek a replacement for the President position and the responsibilities will be absorbed by the CEO and other members of the Company?s management team.
