Subject: Notification of the right to convert Preferred Shares to Common Shares To: Director and Manager

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Reference is made to the Board of Director's Meeting No. 5/1998 of Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited held on Wednesday 11 November 1998, where a resolution was passed to allow holders of preferred shares to convert preferred shares to common shares, at the rate of 1 preferred share to 1 common share during the month of February of every year.

Therefore, preferred shareholders of the Company who wish to convert their preferred shares to common shares may exercise their right by submitting their conversion requisition forms together with their preferred share certificate to Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. during 1 February 2016 to 29 February 2016, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
