Bulletproof is pleased to announce that in 2016, we will be extending the hours of support for our customers.

The change, effective 1 February 2016, means that the Bulletproof Support business hours will change from 9am-5pm Sydney time to 8am-8pm Sydney time.

The extension of Bulletproof Support business hours means customers will be able to utilise our Professional Services team at business hours rates for longer.

These changes to our support hours form part of our mission to continually improve the customer experience and is evidence of our commitment to giving customers the tools and support they need to take full advantage of the cloud.
