BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND REIT On the basis of Art. 17, p. 1 from Regulation (EU) 596/2014 we inform you the following:
"BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT has signed annex to lease agreement with "ROBERT BOSCH" EOOD for renting additional office premises in Synergy Tower in Sofia Tech Park. The lease term, according to the annex, is until the end of the main lease agreement, and the additional leased area is 2723.54 sq.m.
"BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT also concluded lease agreements for most of the commercial premises on the ground floor of the building.
"BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT is moving the office of its management company MNI OOD to Synergy Tower, as of April 2023, the office space used by the company is 429 square meters.
With the newly leased areas, the occupancy rate of Synergy Tower stands at 39.72%, of which the occupied office space is 37.45%.
