Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 7 March 2022 regarding the distribution Mandatory offer circular.

The Mandatory Offer closed on Friday, 22 April 2022.

20 874 297 Imbalie Beauty shareholders, constituting 1.5% of shareholders other than B&B Media accepted the Mandatory Offer. Following the finalisation of the Mandatory Offer, B&B Media holds 868 680 250 Imbalie Beauty ordinary shares, representing 62.76% of Imbalie Beauty' issued share capital.
