To-Win Culture Investment Inc. signed an agreement to acquire 44.99% stake in TO-WIN Global Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066410) from Towin Investment Limited and To-Win Culture Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 29.5 billion on September 13, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, To-Win Culture Investment Inc. acquired 27.74 million shares at KRW 1,064 per share. Out of total consideration, KRW 7 billion will be paid till September 22, 2017 and remaining till March 12, 2018.
To-Win Culture Investment Inc. completed the acquisition 44.99% stake in TO-WIN Global Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066410) from Towin Investment Limited and To-Win Culture Investment Co., Ltd. on September 13, 2017. As per the amendment report dated March 12, 2018, the remaining balance of consideration will be paid in cash till March 12, 2019.
