It holds various plantations in Sri Lanka and Sierra Leone, with the main plantation crops being tea, rubber, cinnamon and sugarcane. The Company operates approximately seven hotels in Sri Lanka, five hotels in Maldives and one hotel in Mauritius. Its hotels include Occidental Eden Beruwala, Occidental Paradise Resort & Spa Dambulla, Sheraton Kosgoda, Sansun Boutique (Elephant Corridor), Stafford Bungalow, and Ubuntu Beach Villam. The Company has approximately 880 residential units of the Colombo International Financial Center (CIFC) mixed development project.
