For the second year Brookfield Incorporações is named one of the best companies for shareholders

São Paulo, October 19, 2011 - Brookfield Incorporações S.A. (BM&FBovespa: BISA3, US OTC: BRRSY), one of Brazil’s largest integrated real estate developers, was the only company in the development industry among Capital Aberto magazine’s Best Companies for Shareholders, 2011 for the second consecutive year. The company took third place among companies with market values of up to R$5 billion and received higher scores than the average in its category. This honor owes to the good results delivered in 2011, which should continue for the coming years due to the growing number of planned launches and deliveries.
