British and Malayan Trustees Limited announced the cessation of Ms. Roxanne Davies as Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 19 October 2016. Accordingly, Ms. Roxanne Davies shall relinquish her position as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
