Mr. Wagner served on Brightpoint's Board since 1994 and most recently on the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. During this time, Mr. Wagner contributed significantly to the areas of governmental and community affairs on behalf of Brightpoint. His tireless work on the Board of Directors has provided the Company and its shareholders with numerous benefits.
