Bow Energy Limited (ASX: BOW,"Bow") wishes to advise that
entities associated with Mr Stephen Bizzell have sold
2,000,000 Bow shares for personal taxation reasons.
Mr Bizzell retains approximately 4.6 million Bow shares and
continues to recommend that shareholders vote in favour of
the Scheme in the absence of a superior proposal. Mr Bizzell
also intends to vote in favour of the Scheme in respect of
all Bow shares he holds, and procure that all Bow shares that
he controls are voted in favour of the Scheme, in the absence
of a superior proposal.
