CPF Poland S.A. agreed to acquire 50% stake in Well Well Invest Spólka Akcyjna from BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (WSE:BNP) and ZPS Convita Sp. z o.o. for PLN 10 million on September 30, 2021. Under the terms CPF Poland S.A. will acquire 2.35 million shares. BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. (WSE:BNP) and ZPS Convita Sp. z o.o will sell 5.2% and 44.8% stake respectively. Transaction is financed from internal sources. Well Well Invest Spólka Akcyjna for the period ended December 31, 2020, reported Revenues of PLN 56.1 million, total assets of PLN 57.9 million, operating loss of PLN 0.7 million and net assets of PLN 17.4 million. The Transaction is conditional upon the satisfaction of conditions precedent as specified in the Agreement.
