BNB VALORES PERÚ S.A. SOCIEDAD AGENTE DE BOLSA Votorantim Metais - Cajamarquilla S.A made an offer to acquire 9.9% stake in Compañía Minera Milpo SAA (BVL:MILPOC1) for approximately PEN 370 million on June 17, 2015. The offer will involve the acquisition of 130.98 million ordinary shares, at a price of PEN 2.85 per share. Votorantim Metais received regulatory approval for the transaction.
The offer will end on July 15, 2015.
