This is to inform you that in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (including any statutory modification(s), amendment(s), and re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force), the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated persons and immediate relatives of the Designated persons with effect from Monday, April 01, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024 generally made available to the public.

The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.

This information is being informed to the Designated Persons (Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel and relevant employees etc.) and immediate relatives of the Designated Persons in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of the Company.
