Blackstone Private Credit Fund Declares Regular Distribution on Class I Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, and Class D Common Shares for the Month of February 2024, Payable on or About March 28, 2024

On February 22, 2024, Blackstone Private Credit Fund declared regular distribution of $0.2200 per Class I Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, and Class D Common Shares of beneficial interest for the month of February 2024. The distributions for each class of Shares are payable to shareholders of record as of the open of business on February 29, 2024 and will be paid on or about March 28, 2024.
