AMENDMENT TO SECURED CREDIT FACILITY

Black Range Minerals Limited (ASX: BLR) ("the Company") advises that the principal amount of its secured credit facility with Western Uranium Corporation ("Western"), the terms of which were summarised in section 13.5(b) of the Scheme Booklet dated 17 July 2015 ("Facility"), have been increased by A$100,000 to A$550,000. The term of the Facility has been extended to 1 October
2015. The increase in the principal amount of the Facility will provide the Company with additional
working capital pending completion of its proposed scheme of arrangement with Western.
