BIOPETROL: Company Update

Baar, 15 May 2013: BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG has today submitted a termination notice to Deutsche Börse AG to discontinue the inclusion of its shares (WKN: A0HNQ5 / ISIN: CH0023225938) in the Entry Standard of the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In addition, BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG has today also submitted a termination notice to discontinue the inclusion of its bonds (WKN: A0LMF7 / ISIN: DE000A0LMF75) in the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Under the General Terms and Conditions of Deutsche Börse AG for the Open Market a termination becomes effective upon the expiration of a notice period of six weeks.
