intent for a strategic alliance with ICM, Inc. to engineer, design, and build
BioGold's municipal solid waste to energy plants. ICM will design, engineer,
and construct BioGold's next planned waste to energy facility. BioGold will
give ICM certain exclusive and preferred rights to engineer and construct all
of BioGold's future facilities.
