Anders Wall has informed the Nomination Committee of his decision to step down as Chairman and Board member of Beijer Alma (publ). However, he intends to continue serving as Chairman of the Nomination Committee in his capacity as the principal owner of the company. Johan Wall has been nominated as his successor as Chairman of the Board.
