As already informed, the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 2022.at 3.00 P.M. through Video-Conferencing ("VC") or Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").
B. BOOK CLOSURE
Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, the 21st day of September, 2022 to Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and AGM. Also due to typographical error in the Book Closure date, in the Letter informing outcome of Board Meeting dated 27.05.2022, the dates of Book Closure please be read as 21.09.2022 to 27.09.2022 in the said Letter.
C. CUT OFF DATE/ RECORD DATE
Tuesday, the 20th day of September, 2022 has been fixed as the cut off date for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the Members of the Company in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company and for the purpose of Dividend and AGM.
