BaWang International Holding Limited Announces Resignation of CHEN Kaizhi as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited announced that Mr. CHEN Kaizhi has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director of the company, and member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Board with effect from 30 June 2014.
