Bankia Reportedly In Talks To Sell Unit

Bankia, SA. is in advanced talks with Goldman Sachs to appoint it for sale of City National Bank of Florida Inc., two sources with knowledge of the negotiations said. One of the sources said, "It's almost a done deal that Goldman will be hired but the deal has not been closed yet." The two sources said it was too early to put a price on the sale of the unit.
