On January 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about March 20, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the
close of business on March 6, 2020.
