Bmce Bank of Africa Proposes Board of Directors; Proposes Dividend for the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2017, Payable in July 2018

BMCE Bank of Africa Board of Directors shall propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the appointment of Messrs. Michel LUCAS and Abdou BENSOUDA as intuitu personae directors. Similarly, it acknowledged the appointment of Mr. Lucien MIARA, Chairman of Fédération du Crédit Mutuel Méditerranée, as a Director of BMCE Bank, representing Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel, Crédit Mutuel-CIC Group.


The Board of Directors shall propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders a dividend payment of 5 dirhams per share, to be paid in July 2018.
