About the schedule of visits to the Provisional Administrator acting in Forum Bank

For the purpose of more efficacious work on Forum Bank assets recognition by the Provisional Administrator and due to uniformity of the visitors' questions and their confluence with information on Forum Bank web-site and Contact Centre data, it is decided to curtail the schedule of citizens visits.

The Provisional Administrator N. Solovyova will meet citizens on Wednesdays, from 19:00 till 21:00.

The routine of making appointments remains the same. To make an appointment for the visit, one can call Contact Center 0 800 50 22 50 (free from fixed and mobile phones of national operators in Ukraine) and provide the following information: name, contact phone number, the point of visit.

At the appointed time visitor should come with a document of identification to Forum Bank (B. Khmelnytskoho Str., 17/52, Kyiv).
