Banca Transilvania informeaza investitorii ca, in data de 09.12.2020, am fost notificati de faptul ca Fondul de pensii administrat privat AZT Viitorul Tau (administrat de catre Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private SAFPP SA, fond ce a depasit pragul de 5%, detinand individual 5,03% din capitalul social), Fondul de pensii administrat privat AZT Moderato (administrat de catre Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private SAFPP SA), Fondul de pensii administrat privat AZT Vivace (administrat de catre Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private SAFPP SA) impreuna cu Allianz Tiriac Asigurari SA si Allianz Hungaria Biztosito Zrt. au ajuns la procentul de detinere de 5,25% din capitalul social al Bancii Transilvania.
