Balco Group AB reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 289.5 million compared to SEK 383.2 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 6.6 million compared to SEK 26 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.3 compared to SEK 1.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 0.3 compared to SEK 1.19 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was SEK 1,214.9 million compared to SEK 1,333.6 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 46.5 million compared to SEK 76.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.12 compared to SEK 3.48 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.12 compared to SEK 3.44 a year ago.
Balco Group AB is a Sweden-based company, which provides glazed balcony solutions. The Company primarily offers customized balcony solutions under its own brand to tenant-owner associations, private landlords, the public housing sector and construction companies. It mainly delivers glazed balconies and balcony solutions, primarily on the renovation market and to tenant-owner associations. The Company is specialized in replacing existing balconies with new glazed balconies in accordance with the so called Balco-method. It operates on its Main Markets, which comprise Sweden, Denmark and Norway, as well as on its Other Markets, which comprise Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
