Axel Springer AG plans to acquire Scout24 Holding GmbH from Deutsche Telekom AG. "If Scout was for sale, we would be obliged to look at the asset," Chief Executive of Axel Springer, Mathias Doepfner said. He added that a potential transaction depends on the valuation.
According to Dow Jones, Deutsche Telekom spokesman Andreas Leigers declined to comment on whether or not Scout is for sale.
