Avidbank Holdings, Inc., parent company of Avidbank, announced that Marc Verissimo has joined the Board of Directors. Mr. Verissimo brings with him almost 40 years of banking experience, primarily with emerging growth companies within the private equity sector. After stints with Bank of America, First Interstate Bank, and Comerica Bank, Mr. Verissimo joined Silicon Valley Bank in 1993.
