Paul Pathak Professional Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire Aumento Capital VII Corporation for CAD 0.34 million on May 27, 2020. Paul Pathak will acquire 136,000 common shares for CAD 0.25 each. Following completion of the acquisition, Paul Pathak will own an aggregate of 336,000 common shares of Aumento. The transaction is expected to close on June 30, 2020.
