SUB: DISCLOSURE OF REASONS FOR DELAY IN SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR QUARTER ENDED 30.06.2022

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018, This is to further inform you that the Financial Results of the Company for quarter ending 30.06.2022 could not be finalized on time due to non-cooperation by one unit of the Company, under the day to day control of management committee of Sonepat unit and sealing of Sonepat unit by Municipal Corporation of Sonepat due to non- payment of property tax. The Board has given suitable directions to the finance head & Management Committee of the unit concerned for doing the needful without any further delay. The Board has also filed an interim application before NCLT, Principal Bench, Delhi in the pending company petition bearing no. CP 18/2015.

You are requested not to initiate any adverse action against the Company. Kindly take this information on your record and oblige.
