(Alliance News) - Racing Force Spa announced on Monday that it has entered into a partnership with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in which the Italian company becomes the new official racewear supplier for the British team at the start of the FIA Formula One World Championship.

Starting with the 2024 season - which kicks off in Bahrain on Feb. 2 -, the starting drivers Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll, as well as the reserve and test drivers, will use OMP products including the top-of-the-line ONE-SL suit, combined with gloves, shoes and underwear tailored to meet their safety, performance and comfort requirements. The team's mechanics will also be equipped and protected by OMP materials, with special fireproof suits and shoes that will help them perform at the highest level during pit stops.

The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team completed an excellent 2023 season, with eight podium finishes and 280 points collected, which enabled it to reach fifth place in the Constructors' standings.

Racing Force's stock is up 2.0 percent at EUR5.00 per share.
